The Feeling Good Therapy Grant provides funding for helping individuals who struggle with different forms of Anxiety and Depression who could benefit from short term or intensive 1:1 therapy but cannot afford it.
Our mission is currently focused on helping lower income, diverse young adults (ages 18+), currently enrolled in a college level program.
Who is The Program For
Individuals who could benefit from up to to 22 hours of individual therapy provided over 2-24 weeks.
Individuals able to commit to consistent therapy homework in between therapy sessions. .
Individuals able to work on a specific problem, and one problem at a time.
Individuals willing to provide feedback to their therapist on what’s working and not working.

We will schedule a 15-minute consultation with you to determine if Team-CBT Therapy may be a good fit for you to achieve your goals in therapy.
If we determine that TEAM-CBT is a good fit for you, we will schedule a 50-minute goal-setting session with you.
